@AndreaJuliet I am glad you found us as well. My hope is to spread as much information about the health benefits of living a high raw lifestyle. There has been too much speculation about not getting enough protein and other nuteints from raw foods and that is so far from the truth. So by being an example I hope to inspire others to give raw foods a try. Thank you so much for watching

continued: I’m a new subscriber and I’m glad I found you guys because you seem like very normal raw foodies (if you know what I mean). Its also good to see a raw family and people who are raw and athletes. I’m very active, I do crossfit now and played softball through college and wish I knew then what I know now and am learning currently concerning true nutrician. Thanks so much!

Too much chocolate??? I don’t think I’ve ever heard that sentence used before!!! LOL The kids are too too cute. All we need now is peanut butter in there and I’m set. Well I guess almond butter. Mmmmm that really sounds good. Kathy I’m sure you can think of something to do with the three. Yum!!!
